How to Disconnect Utility Services

A request for disconnection of utility services can be completed in person by the primary account holder at our customer service office located in Kyle City Hall or by fax or email.  Please note that for the safety and protection of our customers, we do not accept service disconnection requests by telephone.

All disconnections are completed on weekdays only, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

In order to discontinue services, a Request to Disconnect Service Form will need to be completed either in person at Kyle City Hall or printed out here and faxed or emailed to the utility billing office.
